I have been taking this for 3 weeks. First I notice when it's time for me and the wife to have some fun I'm ready and more prepared for that moment. It seems I'm thinking about sex more often as well. I take 2 capsules in the morning and 1 about 30 minutes to a hour before sex. IT WORKS! I have more energy throughout the day.
