The softness and sheen of this Muskat mercerized cotton yarn show a big difference with regular cotton yarn. It's very easy to work with. The label stated "Made in EU". The package was mailed from Germany. This explained the relatively high shipping cost and the delay in the delivery (in average 3 weeks), but it's worthy.Actually, it's even cheaper, compared to mercerized cotton yarn of other brands. I ordered 3 balls for a total of $17.41 (tax and SH included): $5.80/ball. The price of the same yarn of other brands is $6.00 or more per ball, with Prime free shipping.I'll order more in the future, in different colors (35 colors to choose from).I highly recommend this Muskat mercerized cotton.

I do love this yarn and am obsessed with the color clove (or wine). It has these lovely pink shades that come through depending on the light. It’s cotton do it doesn’t stretch much. However it does stretch more than Dishie and is so much smoother to work with.

This yarn is terrible, thin as a #10 thread , splits badly, cheap yarn , cost almost the cost to send back, ordered another brand from Amazon buyer beware , Amazon is great like sold and shipped from Amazon this wasn’t. Lesson learned. Love Amazon though.

Very hard to work with, the way I explain it is, dry, hard , but for the work I needed to do with it, its the best to get, doesnt shrink when washed, doesnt snag when using it. Just be patient...

This is the perfect crisp cotton yarn. I use it for crocheted market bags, bunting etc. Colors are vivid and lush.

I like this cotton. I have been knitting a series of fingerless gloves with it. I highly recommend using Prym's ergonomic needle series for knitting it. The yarn is not a tightly coiled or 'worsted strand. Traditional bamboo or metal knitting needles may split the strand. I have found the Prym needles perfect for using with it. The correct slipperiness and the knobbed tips reduce splitting otherwise it's a very nice affordable high quality mercanized 100% cotton. Perfect for people who find wool itchy and man made fibres hot.My yarn came quickly, expertly packed and shipped. No duty was applied to my package and it arrived in record time during the COVID-19 pandemic. Perfect!
