Bought the item in July and it’s now September and it has stopped working. The intermittent mist is supposed to last 8 hours. I literally watched the whole humidifier shut down after three hours during the intermittent cycle. A few nights ago, I woke up and found this thing leaking on my wood nightstand. Immediately snatched it up before it warped the wood. I was excited about the tilting feature but it doesn’t seem to have any longevity. Hoping I just got a weird one and the seller will fix this quickly.**UPDATE 10/26**: The seller responded and quickly fixed the issue with my previous humidifier! New one works great and stays on for the eight hours stated in the product description. Very happy and kudos to the seller for fixing the issue.

Humidifier was working well but shortly after the return window closed it started malfunctioning battery does not last more than an hour

I like the size of this humidifier and the fact that it can be used with the built in stand. The light options are great giving you a choice from white to blue to red. The humidifier action can be set to 4 hours or 8 hours. On the four hour setting the machine puffs waits and then puffs again. On the 8 hour setting the puffs are one right after another.I prefer the four hour setting because the 8 hour setting causes water to spurt onto the tabletop sometime during the operation. I have not figured out when. As you use the 4 hour setting the water does not appear on the table.For the price, it is a nice item, but do not expect something that is totally fantastic. It is quiet seems durable and keeps a charge through the night.

The media could not be loaded.  My daughter and I were experiencing frequent nose bleeds every winter due to the dry air. I looked for the humidifiers online, however, most of the popular models are very bulky, heavy, and powered by 110V outlet, which are not friendly to kids (water and 110V are dangerous combination for kids).I purchased the PALANCHY Rechargeable Portable mini Cool Mist Humidifier last week. This device is really designed with kids in mind: it is portable -- my 7-year old can add water by herself; it is charged by 5V USB wire, which is much safer; it has rainbow LED light that my daughter loves; it also runs in silence at night. After the first use, my daughter felt relief from dry mouth and sinuses.The only aspect that may be improved is the over-simplified user manual. But this is a very simple device -- there are only two bottoms: one controls LED light, the other controls mist spray. Even if you don't read the manual, You won't mess up with it.Overall, this is a high-quality, kids-friendly product. Highly recommended.

The design of this humidifier is great. I love that you can tilt it to control where the mist goes. I have sjogren's syndrome and need constant hydration for my eyes, nose and mouth especially while I sleep. The unit works well and is the perfect size. Unfortunately, I can't handle the light emitted from the unit. With the light function off it still emits a bright blue light. I have included pictures of the intrusive light. There is no way I can sleep with the bright light and therefore have to return it.

Works good so far. I use it to help increase the humidity for my Calathea. I like that I can rotate it and direct the mist towards my plant.

I assumed that a mass produced product will have no problems, so I tested it long after the return date expired. The lights work, and the mist control button works. BUT, NO STEAM. This junk does not work at all. The way the buttons are supposed to work is confusing. No matter what. While the buttons work, NO STEAM comes out. The problem must be in the control system. I got a little steam yesterday by moving it horizontally. Today, nothing. This unit is going to trash. Generally, I test any Amazon product. For this one, I thought it works as it is such a simple machine. Never again. I will never accept any product without testing it. No exceptions. I lost $19.83. That is the cost of the lesson I learned here.

I absolutely love this diffuser, it is so incredibly elegant and I am very surprised how long lasting the water chamber lasts. First one arrived with a small chip. But Amazon drop off and reoder the next one arrived the following day with a refund. Really happy.

Très beau design. Acheté pour un cadeau. Par contre la prise n est pas adapté pour l Europe. Prévoir une prise UK pour l europe. Ce qui n est pas forcément précisé .

Just love this. It look just like the picture and works perfect. With essential oils it makes the room smell lovely.
