I love glycerin soaps — they’re smooth and less drying to the skin — and this one is my favorite in the summertime. It’s mildly cooling, but not overly so. Using it in a cool or lukewarm shower after doing yard work or other outdoor activities on a hot day is a delightful experience. The scent is not just straight-up mint; it has a bit of a fresh note from the eucalyptus oil and other scent components, similar to a deodorant bar.

Smells beautiful. Looks great on my sink. Gentle on my epidermis.

I purchased Pears to use as hand soap instead of liquid soap which is more expensive and the plastic is bad for the environment. Pears is sold as a soap that is safe for the face and body but with its highly perfumed smell I would not recommend it. The smell is strong enough you can smell it when walking into the bathroom. Again that is fine for hand soap and I don’t mind the smell but I know for my sensitive skin I would never use it for my face or body
