My 8 month old was on antibiotics and it gave him the runs which led to a horrible diaper rash, raw skin and all. We tried everything available in conventional stores (6 different brands of diaper rash cream), cornstarch, washing his bottom after every diaper change, airing it out. But because he was going so frequently, his skin just couldn't heal. So after googling and reading a few recommended options, I came across this as a recommendation. I figured "what do I have to lose?" Well, within 24 hours, he had cleared up. Not because of anything in the cream but because the cream is such a great barrier that it didn't allow anything to touch his tender skin, thus giving it the time to heal properly!! This is my 4th child (so I've changed A LOT)of diapers!!! I'm not having anymore kids, but if I were I would keep a bottle in my home at all times!!! And considering I paid $8 for a 3 oz. bottle of another brand of diaper rash, this is also a great value!!

As a nurse working in a hospital, I have come across many skin ailments and have used a plethora of products. This product is excellent. I used it on my infant daughter for a diaper rash that was not responding to other treatments and this cleared it up very quickly. I have not had any problems with sensitivity. This product sticks to denuded skin unlike most products on the market. This is the only diaper cream I ever use for non-fungal, regular diaper rash.
