Do they have a left hand and a right hand to them?

I am right handed and they work great that way. I tried them in my left hand and unfortunately they didn’t work for me. Hope this helps.

I love my pair but they have loosened up. Is there a way to tighten them up? Just turning the screw does nothing.

It happened to mine. The screw is stripped. Can try and reppace the screw, but I just had to buy a new pair.
