I immediately called customer service. I thought that I had been scammed by a fake company. They told me that they have been out sourcing to another country. I have purchased soft spots for many years (paying 125.00 each time, every 2 years). I believed that the next purchase would cost me in excess of 150.00 but I was OK with that, because I loved the product. I work as a nurse, I work on concrete floors walking many miles per day and soft spot supremes are my only soft spot during my 10 hour work day. I never go home with tired feet. EVER!!After working 2 hours with the out sourced shoes , my feet were aching and my dissapointment was rising.The shoes that I recieved are very poorly made! I have the inserts from my American made shoes, they are fabulous, the inserts made from the other country are horrid very thin, with no support, glue everywhere. The whole shoe is made from a poor quality rubber mixture. I will never buy soft spots again. BRING our manufacturing companies back home to the United States of America , where quality is quality !!!!!

These shoes were very uncomfortable and I immediately returned them - don't know why they are even asking for comments since the order should show as a return. I have a hammer toe and bunion problem so possibly someone without these foot problems might find them comfortable. I have since learned about more comfortable shoes that have knit or other soft fabric over the toe area of the shoe. I have found the perfect shoes now!

Disappointed for shure. In less than 90 days, the right sole split in two. Wear them for no more than 3 hours a day, purchased them for a job on a concrete floor; fit and support was fantastic. "Back in the day" I had these and they lasted YEARS in NYC. I agree with other writers, steer clear of the Chinese made. Certainly not worth the price, and I will miss them.

I always buy my shoes a full size larger than the official measure because I need more room across the toes. Despite this, these were very narrow in the toe area. I could not wear them. A person who wore two sizes smaller found them comfortable, so I gave them to her.

The 8 medium fits perfect on me. I have been wearing soft spots marathons for over 8 years. Last year I bought a new pair, put them on and walked all over Europe in them without a single problem. I was surprised that the sport white was a beige/tan color and not white at all. Highly recommend the shoes and Heart and Sole company.

these are for my 99 year old aunt. She loves Soft Spots and this color is hard to come by in her size.

Hurt my feet, not at all comfortable for walking any distance. I don't know why but they do not fell the same as what I purchased in the shoe store yet they are very similar. They don't seem to be the originals I purchased years ago.

This shoe was too wide and heavy for my feet. I do a lot of walking on my job, and by the end of the day, my body hurt all over! I wore them twice and after that second day, I wanted to throw them out of my car window! Sent them to the thrift store, maybe someone else can use them.
