My best election of the year to work in the cold kitchen. Right size for my hand, perfect to work fast with small fruit and vegetables, and to carve or make clear cuts. Stays sharp for very long as much as I mantain the correct technique. If this works fine in a professional setting, you can trust it will do perfect at home. I will buy another when this gets to its end and I recommend buying this knife to any one who would like to have a great tool either at home or in a professional kitchen.

My wife's only complaint - Too sharp!
If you can believe that. It's true though - It cuts through vegetables faster than anything else, much faster than you're expecting. Keep your fingers away! Lovely knife. Better size than a pairing knife, but not so big as to be unwieldy for smaller foods. I also have the larger 10" Chef's knife, which is also superb, but too big for smaller work.
