After working in a factory for 46 years I had major stress injuries that made even light tasks painful. I bought the 8 pc. set started with short sessions working full grip and individual fingers. I am currently on the green 5 lb. and can pull weeds without pain. I also recommend the NSD Spinner. Great combination.

This time it is exactly what was expected. The first time I returned the smaller set as 1 spring was not functioning properly. These are great tools to strengthen your hands and fingers. I used a similar brand in OT and she recommended these for at home use.

Definitely helpful for therapy

I gave this purchase only one star because two of the eight items in the set were already used when I received them. The individual plastic bags that they came in were cut open and those two items were dirty looking. I was a little upset to pay that kind of money and receive used items. Obviously, I returned them, so my rating is not on the actual items themselves because I never tried them.
