It's a sturdy little tool, also easy to operate once you figure out how to unlock it. It also cuts PVC pipes with ease.The biggest issue is the cuts are neither straight nor clean. With half inch pipes, this tool leaves jagged, uneven and chipped edges with some dust as well.Returned the tool after seeing that a simple hacksaw will at least give cleaner and straighter cuts.

Usually I was using hacksaw blade to cut the plastic pipe. The issues with that procedure is1. Need to put more effort.2. There will be fine plastic particles which would take ages to decompose.But with this tool there is no such mess. Very useful. Works like a charm.

This product was fully stuck, the jaws could not be opened with normal hand pressure.Returned same for refund.

Does the job of correctly as per Stanley s innovation.

This is an awesome pvc/cpvc cutter period. The down red handle needs to be pulled apart with force and it will expand the cutting blade, rest is intuitive.
