Just what was needed. When not drinking hot liquid, I put a napkin in the bottom & sit my bottle of half frozen water in it. Because it is sturdy, it keeps water bottle from getting knocked over & cards dry when playing a game. Plus, everyone knows it MINE. lol Use it daily! Would work great in office environment too!Pretty too! Everyone loves & compliments it.

Not even one broke of the 16 mugs ive ordered! Got them for Christmas gift to my family.the cups are quality and theyre really nice, personalized gift for your loved ones ❤️🎁 Thank you so much!!!!

My daughter , alicia and her husband andy love them

*UPDATED REVIEW*After submitting my unsatisfied review with what was my second purchase with this seller, the seller reached out and wanted to send me a new mug with a larger printed design on it. See the photo for reference. I'm definitely happier with the new mug. The black mug in the middle is the new mug I was sent with the larger design, which is a lot better than the black mug on the left. The white mug was the first I had purchased from this seller years ago.Ultimately, the overall design on these mugs is great. The print is super pretty. I guess dimensions on the product has changed over the years, which is understandable. I'd definitely recommend adding a name to your mug, as it would fill out the space better. I had not added it to my new black mug.*END UPDATED REVIEW**OLD REVIEW*Several years ago, I bought a customized mug from this same store. About a month ago, my original mugs handle broke (now glued, but unable to use as before) and I wanted to get a new one because I loved the quality and design. I did change the design because they didn't have the same mug with the dark red inside and on the handle, and I didn't add my name this time because I thought the letters would be larger.Compared to what I got before, the size of the printed design is vastly different. So, so genuinely disappointed. I mean, look at the difference. I'm so upset about it. Definitely no longer recommend this product to anyone, which seriously saddens me to say because I loved my original. The letters are just so small now that it looks ridiculous without adding a name, which would not have been necessary if the size of the letters were the same as years ago. Wasted over $24 for this and I'm not happy about it. Seriously so upset.

my granddaughter loved receiving this mug; she had a different name, and her name is never on the mugs you see at tourist shops, she is 8 and got a kick out of having her name on a mug, so only she could use it!

Thank you so much for resending the three mugs that, apparently got lost in transit. They're all beautiful.

My niece’s 4th birthday party is an old-fashioned tea party. This personalized tea mug (filled with flowers) will be the birthday girl’s “place card” at the table. Quality is excellent, it was very carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition and it arrived more quickly than expected. Really a 5-star experience.
