When I opened it, I didn't think it could work due to the way the monk is on the inside (no edges or lips to grab hold), but I was able to bend and configure it to hold it securely by hooking it around the outside. Sooo happy with it. Quality materials.

This stand works great for my application (Chokwe Pwo Mask). The supports were strong enough to mold to the shape that I needed. I used bolt cutters to snip off the end. The supports were as described. I recommend without reservations.

I had to use pliers to get it into shape, but the thick metal arms mean that I don't worry about this bending over time. Still, I wouldn't recommend tons of re-adjusting. Soft metal is soft and will break if you keep bending it. I made sure I knew what I wanted before I started bending. There's also a protective paper on the base, which is nice to prevent from scratching while adjusting and then I just peeled it off without a problem

I have been without a stand for my african mask that was oddly shaped for about a year and a half. I didn't really believe that this stand would work with my mask that is also rather heavy. But to my surprise it was perfect!

Easy to bend, but the stand is very tall and the base is very wide and discolored.

It didn’t work well with any of my African mask. Don’t know if it was the product or the kind of masks I have. I had to get creative in order to be able to use it
