Buen libro, No muy buena calidad /Interesting book, Not very good quality
The content of the book is interesting from the moment you read the introduction made by Nick Rhodes, and as a big fan of John it is a true gem to know that you can learn about his personal life through the book, however the quality of the printing and the pages is not good as I believed it would be, I hope they make another edition with better material.

A must read for any Duran Duran fan
Very well written and insightful. The stories are interesting and John Taylor does not wine about the bad times like some rock stars do. He's very matter of fact and honest. Even when sometimes things were not always so great in his life, John still has a great sense of humor and a beautiful take on the world he lives in. This is a great read not only for any Duran Duran fan but for anyone struggling with substance abuse. John let's the reader know that life is what you make of it and even if you fall things can get better.

I love John even more...
I did not know what to expect of this book given the history of the band and in particular Mr. Taylor. I was very pleasantly surprised that the sex and drugs was not too gratuitous. I felt that John was very respectful of the people in his past. I felt that John was very introspective and I felt that I was along the journey to creating Duran through his narrative. He did not go into specific details and stories like Andy Taylor did in his book, Wild Boy. I thought that there was great detail on the creation of the band and the way that it developed. I would have liked to have known what it was like for John to hear their music on the radio. I would have also liked to have had him speak about some of the movies that he worked on during the late 90s and early 00's. Overall, I loved this book. I felt that John did an excellent job of sharing his experience as co-founder and member of Duran Duran. I also felt that he acknowledged his mistakes of the past.I was a little remiss that for all the time that he and Andy spent together through Duran and Power Station, he did not acknowledge him in his thank yous and that was a little hurtful, or I should say sad. I would also have liked to know more about the Warren Cucurrolo split because the some reports state it was amicable split others say it was not. I would have liked to have known more about Gela Nash as well. The later part of the book is rushed. I am very happy that he has found happiness in his life. Great read.
