They're like a minimalist shoe
This is my first experience with this brand. The light weight and nylon/mesh uppers remind me of shoes I wore as a kid, when those features were common with sneakers. They're like a minimalist shoe, but are probably more comfortable then most true minimalist shoes, because they do have a little cushion to them. The arch support is decent and better then expected, but I didn't expect it to be great. The sizing is fairly accurate. I ordered my normal size, which is an 11D in Nike. They seem a little big, but I think a smaller size would be too small (thanks to an arch falling, one foot always seem slightly too big for smaller sizes and not big enough for the larger.) The width is quite generous and also better then I expected.I love that they're light and airy, without much support, lift or cushion. It feels almost like you're barefoot, unlike some popular sneakers that feel like your walking on a piece of hard rubber.

Amazon Retro Look for a Retro Price!
Love these shoes from the moment I set my eyes on them and I was lucky enough to grab them at a special sale price of only $32 here on Amazon. They fit exactly as I expected them to and even had a slight arch support, which was a pleasant surprise. I love their look and feel. Sometimes with shoes like this, the fit can feel a bit loose and the shoe will feel like it's coming off my heel as I walk, but not with these. These fit snug and are true to size. I have wide feet and these are not so narrow that they hurt my feet after being out all day, which happen with many Nike shoes that tend to be fairly narrow. The style, color, etc are beautiful and I love the retro look. I'm actually looking to buy these same model shoes in other colors. If you're looking for a great casual shoe that feels great and fit true to size, look no further. Get these and you won't be sorry.

Excellent retro casual show from Onitsuka
I bought these for casual wear in Fall/Winter, and I'm very pleased. Super comfortable and cool looking in the green...I have never seen another pair out and about. They have been pretty durable, and I've always loved the mini-cup sole on the older Onitsuka shoes...super grippy and quiet. I only wish I had bought two pairs...

Favorite Retro Kicks
I've been a Jack Purcell guy for years. Still am. But my favorite retro sneaker of the moment has to be the Ultimate '81. They are stylish and fun, and come in an assortment of colors and trim. My fog/white '81s get compliments nearly every time I wear them. The construction is solid. The soles don't wear out too quickly. They have more support than you'd expect (The '81 is technically a running shoe), and are very light and comfortable. They feel true to size, though if you have wide feet, they may be too snug for you.I'm on my second pair of '81s. Won't be my last.

Great shoes, will serve me for years to come.
[1 year update] Still using these as my "daily drivers" and they are holding up well. The insole is glued in which has proven to be a bit annoying as it makes them more difficult to wash and doesn't allow me to switch to custom insoles. By this point the shoes have gone through the wash maybe 10 times and are still doing great.Bought these almost a year ago. Really comfortable, just what I needed. They are a bit on the tighter side which is perfect if you need them to stay on without shifting. The soles are super grippy and it's great that the toes have rubber as well. They can take a beating, but take good care of them. Wash properly and keep them protected when storing. The rubber may start pewling back around the toes, just clean it out with a toothbrush and mild soapy water and glue it back on with some shoe goo

Great budget driving shoe
I bought these shoes with the specific purpose of driving (autocross, track days, maybe rallycross in the future). They are excellent for heel-toeing. They're very lightweight. Slim/thin sole and overall profile allow for good maneuverability and great pedal feel and low-top design lets you roll your ankle easily, if that's how you prefer to "heel-toe." The heel isn't quite as curved as some dedicated driving shoes or some of the Puma _______ Cats, but it gets the job done for about half the price. As for overall comfort, they're ok. I have a very wide foot and often get shin splints or knee problems if I don't have the right type of shoe or good support. They have tons of arch support, but I usually prefer something with a more robust sole and slightly more heel support, so i probably won't be wearing these too much outside of racing events or long road trips. Also, they seem to run a 1/2 size large. I usually wear a 9 1/2, but i ordered these in a 9 and they're a perfect fit with 1/4" of space at the toe, the way I like it.Quality is...OK. Some of the interior stitching and seams leave a lot of extra material hanging out, which can get uncomfortable. Maybe that's just the particular pair I got, but if that's the case, then poor quality control. I've only had them for a day, so I can't speak to long term durability.Overall, if you're looking for a stylish, comfortable and effective driving shoe but don't want to shell out $100 for a pair of Pumas, definitely try the Onitsuka Tiger 81's.
