I had reached that dreaded plateau in my weight loss. No matter what I did my weight stayed the same. I was a little skeptical about the gummies, but I thought "what the heck" so I decided to give them a try. Much to my surprise, when I stepped on the scales a week after starting them, my weight had gone down 2 pounds. My energy level was and still is amazing! Not only that, but I feel so much better!! I look for things to do and love having enough energy to finish what I start. Before I'd get tired or just not in the mood to do "anything." I've been taking 2 a day for 2 months now and I still feel wonderful! I'm not trying to lose my weight quickly because I want it to stay off. I had lost 52 lbs when I decided to get the ACV gummies, I have now lost another 14 lbs. I'm a lot more active now, which that's a big difference! I take 2 gummies every morning and plan on continuing for some time to come!!

Contains Mother. Soft, chewable, taste ok. Packaging needs improvements. Tamper proof seals do not stay sealed, both were off upon opening.

These gummies really did what they promised! I decided to try to get active, to get off the couch, but I never have any energy. I bought these gummies and gave them a try over the weekend. They really worked!... better than expected! They got me off the couch- I cleaned my house, I used my elliptical machine intermittently throughout the day, and I slept great that night. I'm sure that with this extra energy these gummies give, it will help me to work towards my weight loss goal. The flavor is not bad at all, either. I'm not sure if they helped me to feel full, I ate at my normal times my normal amount. I have a very low tolerance to any type of supplement so I have cut back from the initial recommended dose of 2 gummies, cut down to 1. Even that was a little much, I don't want to be "zinging around" so I will just try 1/2 a gummy. Yes they work that well. I highly recommend and I will be buying these again, when I ever run out which will probably be in a couple/few months.
