Great book for beginners
I’m new to Pilates & I find this book easy to follow. You progress at your own pace. Very well illustrated.

Very clear and precise
This is a great book to start you off on Pilates. I bought it because I felt the on line apps were a rip off, as they start off free, but want money as you go. Here, you buy the book and it goes from beginner to two higher levels and is very clear and easy to use. It has great photographs to demonstrate the positions you should be in and detailed instructions on what you should and should not be doing. Really please with this book

Clear, concise instruction
This book is an excellent aid to those that would like to do Pilates at home because it explains how to move. I know that might sound like an odd statement but, for those that are unfamiliar with Pilates it is terrific to help one understand how to properly execute the exercises, not just mimic what it should look like.For those that have done Pilates, I recommend it, too. it will help bring awareness to the targeted muscles. If you take Pilates anywhere it will help you gain insight to your technique to further your practice and have you work smarter.

Nice book with clear examples of exercise
My mother in law has this book and I loved it so I bought it as well for myself as I’m learning how to incorporate new exercises into my daily routine.
