Krazy Beaver Shovel

I bought this shovel because it was longer than other "compact" shovels (at about 39"), & being a senior citizen this was important to me, to prevent bending down as much as possible. Other shovels I looked at were 13" or more, shorter than this one. The Krazy Beaver easily fits in my car trunk, so it's longer length is not a problem for my use. I live in the PA. mountains, & there's lots of snow & ice here.This shovel is very well-made. The metal is heavy gauge, & it's sturdily constructed for serious use. I've used it for hacking away at ice on my 200' driveway, & it did a great job. My previous shovel got all bent out of shape doing the same job, but the Krazy Beaver held up well & wasn't damaged.It costs more than other shovels I looked at, but when I'm stuck on a narrow road on a mountainside, I want to have a shovel I can count on without fear of it's breaking. I highly recommend it.

I tried to purchase a similar shovel from two other companies claiming to have stock on hand. Neither was able to fulfill my order after waiting WEEKS with no communication from either. Not so with Krazy Beaver! They had stock on hand (as advertised) and shipped it out quickly! The shovel is heavy duty, great for ripping out dirt and debris. You pay a bit more for this shovel but clearly you get what you pay for, in this case a great product delivered quickly to your house. I would buy again and would recommend.

Looks cool on my truck and works good. Price is high but I guess it's rare to see this kind of design.

Very Impressed With How Sturdy This Shovel Is, Only Bummer Is The Powder Coat Has Begun To Chip Off The Teeth After Only Using It To Unload Woodchips From My Truck. It Will Be Mounted To My Roof Rack So It Is Going To Face Some Harsh Michigan Weather...And Roads

I received the shovel timely and in good working order. I have yet to use it but it looks up to the task, well built and solid. I have no doubts that the shovel will be worth it.

I've had this on the truck for a few years and it has worked fairly well for me. (Well, not this exact one. First one disappeared, hence the cable lock)But, it you are buried up to the drive shafts and you need to dig out (mid-size truck), its a tough job with only @40" of reach to get in that far.I'd give it 5 stars if they made an extension to get us out to 60"s or even make a solid handle model that extends that far, I'd by it in a heartbeat!

This shovel is very cool looking. Leaves a bold statement. First time I look at a shovel and actually was a little taken by it. Very cool!
