Product as advertised. It was easy enough to string and there was enough ribbon provided to string all three rows nicely. I am very satisfied with the product.

Cute! My only complaint is it did not come with string! I had to find string and string it myself last minute because I was not expecting a banner to come without string! Other than that I was happy with it.
