There is a calendar page, a budget page, 2 checklist pages, and the rest of the book is for notes. If this is all you need, go get a spiral notebook. I was very disapointed.

Don't buy this product. Not worthy at all. The book is blank inside. It is just a simple class note book with cover. Not worth buying at all.
