EDIT: I am updating this review after long experience with the device. The problem is its low-battery indicator. Although it has a perfectly acceptable battery indicator light, it also has an audio alert when the battery runs low. This alert is LOUD---VERY FREAKIN' LOUD. It's always a maximum volume and it goes off even when the device is not in use. It will wake you up from the other side of your home.I can't tell you how many times I or one of my guests was woken at night because this stupid thing decides to start screaming about its battery at 3am.My original review followsWorks well; good audio; long battery

Great and sound very neat

I was provided this item at a discounted price in exchange for my honest & unbiased review. I've received a lot of speakers to review and 9 of 10 in the $25 or less range have been terrible and broke after only a few days of use, but not this one.+ Solidly built. This thing feels tough.+ Not too heavy.> It feels bulky and slippery with this design. The thick rounded items with smooth metal casing doesn't feel secure when holding it.Maybe if was more square or had some rubber on the largest smooth side, it would feel less slippery.> I can take calls with this and it worked okay. For some reason my calls were spotty for the caller hearing me. I could be I have to remember to put this speaker on it's side since I tend to want to stand it up and that is where the microphone is located.+ Water resistant!> A rubber loop that you can attach a handle or carbiner to. I'm just not convinced the rubber loop will survive long due to the weight of this power bank/speaker. At least being rubber it can stretch, which makes it easier to loop onto something for carrying.+ For less than $30, you would normally pay that much for a separate speaker and a separate power bank...but now it's all in one device.-- I don't like the buttons on the silicon. Yes, they are raised so you could do it by feel, but it is hard to see in certain light, which button does what.> The rubber flap that covers the charging port, SD card and AUX ports is difficult to open.+ Aux cable to plug in your device directly, which is especially good for non-bluetooth devices.+ Micro SD Card slot. I've used my 32Gb and it worked fine.+ I can go a couple of days of hours of use without having to recharge this speaker.+ It does charge up my phone.+ I let it sit for over 2 weeks and it was still fully charged ready to share its power with another device. For me – simple enough for a variety of uses—yes, Bluetooth streaming music, MP3 player, Micro SD card (not included in the package), charging my cell phone and other electronics such as an IPAD and cell phone. It has a built-in mic, a handy power pack with its lithium-ion battery that lasts for up to 20 hours of use time. AND—I can even play my ZUNE and other "old-time" players such as CD and cassette.SOUND – good but I felt at times the lower sounds weren’t reproduced in full. Still, for a small hand-held device, it was excellent.BUILD – durable and easy to hold, nice grip. The design takes getting used to and the controls are little marks on the rubber end. On the other end you need to lift up a rubber flat to insert your plug-ins. But that flap gives some moisture-proofing to those plug-ins.I wish the mic opening (a tiny hole) was more conveniently located rather than on the sitting end. Near the top and on the side would’ve been very convenient.Overall, this device has many great features and is great for travel as it has so many functions in one compact unit. I’m glad to have the opportunity to test and review this product, and at this reasonable price am not hesitant to recommend it. I received this product in exchange for an honest and personal review.

The media could not be loaded.  I've been looking for a professional and expensive looking bluetooth speaker that is actually small. The Jawbone ones look too childish and all the other ones are too big.The size and style of the this Youmoon speaker is perfect! It's real aluminum and feels expensive, not like a Chinese knock off.It also accepts a MicroSD card so I use it as a white noise machine for my young 8 month old daughter. Oh! And you can use it as an external battery pack too.I don't usually post photos and video but I had to for this! It's just too beautiful not to. Best looking speaker on Amazon hands down. Highly recommended!
