Q: Does this also work for golfer's elbow?

Also works for golfers elbow, but is best positioned in the underside of the wrist where the flexor tendons and muscles are located.

Q: Will it still be effective if you wear it over a sweatband?

It will NOT be effective if worn over a sweatband. You'd want to put the sweatband over the Tenex. This might make things too tight, so you might have to sacrifice a wristband on one arm, or wear it above the tenex.

Q: do you still need to wear a compression sleeve or elbow strap if you buy this product?

I only wear the strap and stop wearing the compression sleeve. In the past I wore both but no need to do so now with strap.

Q: One reviewer with small wrists said it didn't fit. What size wrist does it fit on the small end?

Hi, i'm sure you can adjust it to fit a small wrist, the buckle end is adjustable, both ways, hope this helps.
