The best silicone mold in my kitchen!
When I opened this box, I actually exclaimed, "Holy mackerel; this thing is HEAVY!" And it's beautifully packaged; the square mold even contains a square foam block to preserve the shape, although a heavy-duty mold won't flop out of shape anyway. I've said in one of my prior product reviews that I hate it when people give a review that says "oooh; haven't used it yet but am so excited!" (Yeah; I know you're excited. That's why you bought it in the first place.) But I have enough silicone molds that I can tell this one will very easily release the frozen or baked dessert; of all of mine, from pro-level Silikomart to off-brand knockoffs, this one's the thickest. I hesitated to spend the money (glad I waited for a %-off sale, which I learned about by following her on IG), but this wonderful mold is worth every penny. The included recipe may not have ingredients I can find locally (I'm not a pro chef), but the mold itself is perfect.
