Hey y’all! So I ordered this mug and received it quickly! I LOVE IT! I love the color, the lettering, the extra straw and cleaner for the straw. HOWEVER!!!! My issue is that the cover is not staying on sealed like it should. In addition to that I’m trying get this lid clean where you can either have the lid open or closed. Problem is, it doesn’t detach so that I’m able to clean it properly. That’s s big thing for me, cleanliness. I’m going to contact the seller and explain the issues in hopes they can fix it somehow because I love this but I’ll throw it away if I can’t get it clean.

Was not the same color as pictured way off

Doesn't look like the photo in real life, the color isn't very "rose gold" to me. The writing was poorly done and looks like it will come off in the first wash. Got it as a gift for my friend and when I received it I had to go rush and get other stuff to supplement it... Couldn't give her that alone.
