Too expensive!
Taste was great, and presentation was good, just not worth the cost of the product. Seems as though cost of this product and others online has been over inflated due to the Covid-19 virus.

OK For What It Is
A lot like the individually wrapped American Cheese slices. Processed cheese food. It taste OK to me. Good for a Crackers and Cheese snack. Worth the extra $ not to have to go shopping out in the scary world.

I like the cheese and it is smooth, flavorful for a mild cheddar. It is expensive.

Gross and way over priced
$30 for under 1 pound of cheese that tastes super processed. My husband and I both tried it thinking it was going to be delicious based on the price and we were so disappointed. It's like the gross American cheese slices you get individually wrapped in plastic. Wish I could just send it back but my husband says I have to live with my purchase. So disappointed

Pretty good shelf stable cheese
What do you do when you are on government mandated lock-down due to the COVID-19 pandemic? Me? Apparently, I stress-buy shelf stable cheeses online. These are the cheeses I purchased:--Wisconsin Cheese Company (6-4oz.) 100% Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Packages $29.99 ($1.25/oz)--White Cheddar 1oz Single Serve Cheese Snack, High Protein and Calcium, 48 count $27.49 ($0.57/oz)--Wisconsin Cheese Variety Blocks 42oz (6 assorted cheese blocks 7oz each) $25.59 ($0.61/oz)--Wisconsin Vintage Cheddar 1oz Single Serve Cheese Snack, High Protein and Calcium, 48 count $27.49 ($0.57/oz)This cheese (6-4oz cheddar) arrived quickly. This is soft-ish cheese. Not soft like spreadable cheese, but softer than the brick cheddar that you would use a cheese grater on. The flavor is ok, it tastes like individually wrapped American cheese slices. This will be good on crackers.
