Q: Does it have built in speaker ?

No it doesn't, it's not the best machine for the use intended, I have since bought a different model and am a lot happier.

Q: Does it come with an sd card?

No, but worth getting and adding a card with good memory.

Q: Can this player be set up to play one track and then switch off ?

If it can, I can't work out how. The closest option is the sleep timer, but that's based on playing for a configurable number of minutes then shutting down, not a configurable number of tracks. What you might do, I guess, is set a sleep timer to longer than the track length then create a playlist with just that one track in it. Make sure repeat is off, of course.

Q: does it have an Aux output, e.g., 3.5mm stereo, for connecting to a speaker?

You can plug a set of wired headphones into this device at the top, however, I find the sound quality isn't great on headphones, no idea through a portable speaker or home stereo.
