Not all pertinent facts are disclosed
Product description is misleading and incomplete. Description states, "Includes BIGG MUGG EZ Recipe Book". In fact, the book does not come with the product; the purchaser has to down load the document. Secondly, the manufacturer should disclose the material that the coffee mug is made from. It appears to be a ceramic of some sort. It's durability is unknown as some ceramic chips easily. When you click on the link for "warranty information", nothing comes up.

I like it and could like it more.
I would like it better if it were 24 or 26 ounce and less fragile. My first pair arrived with one shattered. It was replaced at no cost.

The Perfect Coffee Cup
These are the coffee mugs I have been looking for. Big. Heavy. Substantial. These will not chip or break if they happen to slip out of my hand in the sink. They are the perfect size for morning coffee. Very happy with them!

I love this mug. A friend who knows I'm a big hot tea lover recommended it and now I can enjoy more of my favorite hot teas. Also I just learned about the new trend of making meals in a mug. They are easy, fast, and perfect for serving one. The egg recipes are my favorite.

I love this Mug because I can use it for everything. I make cereal, oatmeal, soups, and different teas. The size is perfect and it keeps things really hot. I have one at home and for work. My life is so much easier with this mug.
