Easy to install had a few problems kept arming itself and siren would go off unable to stop siren with key fobs would say alarm disarmed but siren would continue to sound good quality flashing lights siren is not very loud got in touch with sender about problem gave me advice to sort it out I think it's worked had no more problems

So £149 for the 8 piece Alert system, I thought is a bargain. My existing alarm is 20 years old so I thought I'd update it with this.Installing the door/window sensors and the PIR units were really easy. I bought an extra PIR unit so there are now 3 to match the old system. Getting them all scanned and recognised by the app was without fuss, though it took a while for the green light to come on on the main unit that plugs into my router.The last thing I installed was the siren. I noticed that it's constantly flashing left and right every 3, 4 seconds. I thought that must be a drain on the batteries? The siren I've installed in the same position as my old one and needs the long step ladders which I don't enjoy climbing, so I hope they last.I purposely triggered the siren to see how loud it is. It's about as loud as a car alarm, so not crazy loud. Again, it's probably to save on batteries.That's my main concern, how often I need to change batteries. Other than that, it's all good. Maybe I'd also prefer to screw on the door/window sensors rather than using sticky tape.Good deal though.

Very impressed with the customer service. Was easy to install and operate and the only problem I had was with a faulty device (an additional add on purchase) customer service resolved the issue promptly and without quibble. For that reason 5 star rating.

Simple to install and set up. Worked perfectly for first 18 months. Noticed that lights had stopped flashing on outdoor siren. Set off alarm and siren didn't work. After removing and refitting siren everything was ok for a couple of weeks. Then had same issue. Haven't tried removing it again yet. Also one of the PIR detectors has started to randomly set off the alarm. Don't know why yet

The alarm is so easy to set up and install, I have had this installed in an outdoor office for around 4 weeks. So far I have had no false alarms or issues with connection. The app is very simple to use, as a few others have mentioned, the alarm box has a continuous flash, as the box is battery powered, it would have been nice to have an option to either turn it off or at least to increase the frequency time in between flashes.

On initial installation most of it went very smoothly PIR's and door sensors went as it should do but after trying for a good 2 hours the camera wouldn't connect to the system. Sent a email to ERA explaining my problems a few days later in received a response asking for my network details ect... to which I replied with the relevant information and that a new problem had come to light with the phone app now not able to change the alarms status. Again they replied asking for phone ios information to which again with the relevant information their response was:Thank you for the feedback.The issue has been escalated t our third line support team to investigate further.Kind Regards,Kaush PatelThis was the last time they have been in contact over two months ago! Since this one of the key fobs inconsistently turns the alarm on & off which is annoying stood at the front door pressing it until it sets the alarm is very annoying. I think I have given them every chance to help me with the faults to which they have not! So my review reflects this one star is very fair save your money and choose a different brand6 Months down the line we have just realized the PIR's haven't been working I walked around the house for 40 minutes today with alarm activated because I forgot to turn it off! only when I opened the front door did the alarm sound! really bad product I've some very expensive equipment in my garage which I'm not sure as been protected since installation!!

Good quality, very easy to install alarm system with clear instructions. Value for money compared to the big installers for a similar product. My only criticism would be that the alarm box cover screw should be encapsulated so that it cannot fall out during fitting when at height. Mine went on the gable end. Tip ... I tied a piece of cotton to it then held the end in my teeth so if i didn't lose it if dropped. Alarm box periodically flashes at night whether armed or not so a useful deterrent. Would definitely recommend.
