Size small was more like a medium or large. If your expecting warmth you’ll be disappointed. - ok so that was my initial reaction to the gloves I ordered. Then FRDM contacted me and stated they read my review and would like me to try another set of their gloves that they thought would fit my expectations better. On them shipped for free. - sooo I received a new set of FRDM FREE FIT gloves. I have to say I’m happy with these gloves. The fit is much better for a small, fits snug enough that you don’t feel like your getting lost in the glove or your dexterity is compromised. The lining is a nice soft polar fleece that proves to be warm in sub 20s weather. There’s a rubber grip patter on the palm that adds a measure of control as well. Of course there is the signature FRDM finger tips and thumbs flip back that prove invaluable to me at work. I’m a Police Officer and frequently need to use my fingers and thumbs for writing up traffic reports and other such duties that require the use of your bare fingers. We have had snow the last 3 nights I’ve worked and used these gloves every night for crashes and calls where I’m outside for extended periods of time.All in all I can say FRDM absolutely met my expectations with their FREE FIT gloves. If your just looking for a lighter weight glove to use for everyday use, running, weather that isn’t going to see 30 degrees then the HYBRID LIGHTWEIGHT would be for you. I also received a pair of the VIGOR LINER gloves and my wife uses them for driving. Maybe after a year of use I’ll update to rate how they hold up under use.

Purchased these for a photography trip when temperatures in the morning would be in the 30s. They were just what i needed. Finger caps easy to pull on and off. As expected exposed finger tips got cold, but rest of hand was protected. Paired with a handwarmer in my pocket, these gloves worked well for me. Great quality. Sizing chart was accurate for me, a woman with long fingers, size small was perfect.

My glove size is pretty much always medium so I purchased these in medium but unfortunately they're not as snug as I would want them to be. I'm a photographer so I needed gloves with removable finger tips for my shutter button and these work great for that. The only other downside to these is that they're not very watch friendly since they cover my watch completely (which may be a good thing for some people).

I've used these fishing once so far (and will again tomorrow). They're warm but not hot and seem to repel water nicely. So far, the build quality seems to be very good. They have a subtle silicone palm grip that is a nice touch and the fold-back finger tips are just the right length. The size guide was accurate and they fit my hands very well. Have not used in truly cold weather yet but I think they'll work well for my winter fishing needs.

These gloves fit comfortably, I have large hands and bought the largest size and they do the job. My only complaint is about the caps that fit over the thumb, middle and index fingers. The magnets that hold them are not strong enough and in the wrong location, so every time you flex your hand, they pop loose and flap around annoyingly.This might change as the gloves get worn in I guess, but it's an annoying trend that I find with these types of gloves and wish someone would design them correctly.Otherwise, excellent gloves.

I purchased these for a Christmas gift. I do not know if the person will like this gift or not. However, they look nice.So, this gift was given and the recipient really likes them. The only negative is it is hard to flip all of the finger tips back closed with the gloves on so that last couple are difficult.

Got these gloves for outdoor photography as my hands get destroyed in the fall and winter. While not winter weight they keep my hands warm and I love the magnetic closures for the fingers. I’ve only had them a couple weeks so I don’t know how they’ll hold up long term but so far they’re exactly what I need.

I love these gloves! As a photographer, my hands often freeze because I can’t operate my camera in regular gloves. These are the perfect solution and the extra grip means I don’t have to worry about dropping my camera!
