I ordered these and got the new style rather than the old style pictured. Are any of the sellers selling the old style pictured?

We don’t have any information which seller still have the old model of the pen as the pen has completely transitioned to the newer model.

Why are these so hard to find now?

I don't know. They used to sell them when they did school sales. None.
