Pathetic
I considered the product to be very bad and it’s not at all made in the correct manner

If you are looking for long lasting product this is a wrong choice
Look fine with day one of use but on second day mobile tray was leaning on left side could not fix this inspite of multiple tries.Later I realised that ball scoket was not tight enough since the nut was slack. So eventually I returned the product today

Not adjustable.
The cable comes pre-bent and is VERY hard to bend to get into the correct "shape". Even then the very rigid cable stays bent and it's not at all flexible to get it into the proper shape. It also sags a bit with the weight of the device (but it's understandable).

Gripped of this product is superb 👌 and the static rod is also sturdy
