I won't be breaking these bands
Finally bands I highly doubt i'll break! These are good quality. And the XX-heavy is very very challenging so i'll be using these a while. Plus the colors are cute. My only negative comment is the smell. They leave my hands smelling rubber for hours even after washing them. Important to note: these are MINI bands (see photo) I'm 120 lbs....and 1 band fits my thigh lol.

Good product
I've been using resistance bands for over a year in and out on my workouts.I had another brand 12" and after a year they need to be replaced as won't resist as they should.I was looking at 9" or 10" as the other were a bit big for me.When I receive them my first though was "they are so little!" (And hard) but working out with them proof me wrong.Great product, I tried all of them and the harder one is great for legs/booty movements.

Amazing!
Finally resistance bands that works well! Great quality and they don't roll. Not sure why people say they do? Always takes a while to adjust to how resistance bands works, but compare to others, these are actually MUCH better and don't roll as much. The lightest one (yellow) does roll a bit, but that's what happen when you use a looser band usually. Anyway, they are perfect for me, I'm 5'2, 125 lbs. The others I have (11 inches) are too big and keep rolling. I recommend for smaller/skinnier persons!!!

Material too thin and they tend to roll up
The material is too thin and having tried them I feel like they will break while I am working out. Plus the resistance just isn’t there even with the xx-heavy band. The light medium and heavy are pretty much not of use for me and I am by no means a strong person physically. They also roll up which is very distracting when working out. I have to keep fixing it over and over. From light to x-heavy they all roll up as soon as I put them on. But the xx-heavy is the only one that stays put until atleast the 3rd or 4th set. But despite all of this I love the colours and I wish the material was thicker and there was more resistance

Quality bands. Do not bunch or roll while using.
Could not be happier with my choice. Thanks to all previous reviewers for their comments.These bands are well made and offer a selection of resistance. Beginners can start with lighter weights and progress. I was already using bands so went straight to the heaviest two bands in this set and they are working great. If needed I would not hesistate to purchase and move up to the heavy duty trio made by same company. Great choice of high quality bands. Well worth the money..
