Use as directed and did not work at all for me. I actually went better before I started taking it. It didn't help with anything, wish I could get my money back.

I really wanted this to work, but it didn't work so well for me
Okay amazon, excuse the TMI I'm about to deliver, but I'm committed to leaving a honest and hopefully helpful review. I am prescribed a medication from my doctor that really slows down my digestive track. I'm talking I maybe use the bathroom twice a week in the colon clearing sense. I was really excited to try this supplement, hoping it could help get things moving again since I know twice a week isn't healthy in any way. I took this exactly as described. Two before breakfast, two before bed. I didn't have my first movement for five days. So in essence, there has been no improvement of the colon cleansing variety. I didn't give up there though, I continued to take it. No improvement. I will say this though. For someone who doesn't have the issues I have, this may work great for you. It didn't cause any kind of cramping, nausea or discomfort of any kind.
