If your generally still during workouts this would be fine, but not ideal for running. Then again, I have theworld's smallest ears so probably why they always came loose.

These not good. I guess it comes down to the old adage "you get what you pay for", because these ear buds, in my opinion wouldn't be worth $5. First of all, the longest range I could get was less than 10ft. before the sound started breaking up, so nowhere near the 33ft. claimed in the item description. Second, as I stood there with my iPhone in my hand and the ear buds on with music playing, the Bluetooth would just drop every 2-3 minutes and the automated voice would come on saying that I needed to connect to my device. Meanwhile, on my phone, it appeared I was still connected. Third, again while using the buds with my phone in my hand, the sound would crackle intermittently. Fourth, although I think they buds would stay in well enough while moving around, getting them in my ear was a major chore and not particularly comfortable. The only plus is that when the sound played, it was decent sound and did cancel some outside noise. However, all in all, don't waste your money as these are not good quality or reliable at all. They are going back to Amazon today for refund. Oh yeah, and don't expect to be able to read the instructions. Not only are they in teeny-tiny font, but written in broken English with all kinds of misspellings, poor grammar and punctuation. While I'm at it, I should mention how sick I am of all the fake reviews Amazon is allowing on the products they sell now, especially for electronics. The reason I thought I'd give these buds a shot was because none of the reviews to date were written by individuals who stated "I received these at a discount (or for free) for my HONEST and UNBIASED review. The opinions expressed in this review are my own, blah, blah, blah). However, I've got to think that some of the reviews on this product cannot be real. I buy from Amazon all the time and rely heavily on honest customer reviews, not ones that are obviously bought, so that being said, I will shop elsewhere for a pair of ear buds that actually work as advertised as I don't feel I can trust much of what I read on this site anymore. Again, don't waste your money on these!

I have had this type of earbud before. These are lower quality and I can't keep them in my ears when working out. They continuously fall out
