I have been searching for months now, for a functioning 20'+ USB 3.0 extension cable, I have tried several, to replace four aging cables that have recently seeing spotting connectivity. I actually have four, as I am typing this, that I need to return to Amazon, as Windows 10 refused them, seeing them as "Ultra High Speed USB Hub", but my Windows Device Manager would refresh, constantly, when any of those four cables were plugged in. Those cables were even more expensive than the BlueRigger cables. Not only have all of those issues gone away, as soon as I plugged in this new BlueRigger cable, they function perfectly, including plugged into my Fiio Q7 DAC. Every other extension cable I have used with this DAC, even others that indeed worked otherwise, there would be an occasional crackling sound, there are no such artifacts with this cable, my audio is crystal clear. You can feel the quality of this BlueRigger cable, when you are holding it in your hand, and everything works just as well as if it were plugged directly into my PC. I cannot recommend these BlueRigger cables enough, and they will be the only cable I buy, moving forward, certainly on the extension side of things, but once I have tested some of their standard cables, they may be the only cable I ever buy, moving forward, for any sort of connectivity I may need. As a matter of fact, I only ordered 2, due to all of the issues I have had to this point with other cables, and as soon as I finish this review I will be ordering two more. If you need a USB extension cable, BUY THESE BLUERIGGER CABLES!

Was using a optical cable to go from gaming server in mechanical room. Worked okay for about a year, but would have latency and connections issues at reboot. It finally failed fully and got this for replacement. Has worked flawlessly, no issues with latency or connection, advertised speeds and no power drops. Will update review in a year of anything changes, but based on the construction o doubt it will.

Works amazingly well. Has been very durable so far. Connection quality is good enough for active VR.

I needed an extra long USB cable for a work project. The cable needed to run through walls. This one would have worked well if the conduit between the rooms had space. I didn't get to install it, but it had good quality feel to it. It functioned while outside of the wall. I will keep this cable handy for a future project.

I use this to drive a powered multiport USB interface to my astronomy platform that serves multiple high resolution cameras, stepper motors, and the mount at relatively long cable runs. It works outstandingly at USB 3 performance rates. It's available in various lengths and is heavy duty to withstand foot traffic and moisture from being on the ground. It almost looks like coaxial cable instead of a traditional USB cable.

I purchased this just over a year ago to use my scantool with my desktop computer for programming vehicles. It worked perfect originally. I used it 4 times total with no issues. Today was going to be the 5th time but it won't work. If I remove this cable and hook up directly I have no issues. Trying plugging into different USB ports and powering it from different sources but nothing worked. I upgraded to 4 stars because customer service took care of the problem. They stand behind their warranty.

The 50 foot version of this product crashes (Often it freezes with the most recent frame still displayed on the hdmi output) my computer every few days when left plugged in. Unfortunately I installed this at the same time as 2 other cables and narrowing down the issue placed me outside the return window. The fact it only freezes every few days didn't help. Event viewer in windows simply says "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." The cord is useless to me. Edited: they sent me a replacement as I'm in the process of testing it i upped the star rating.
