Nearly Natural 4ft. Fiddle Leaf Tree UV Resistant (Indoor/Outdoor)

Attached a photo of the fig leaf tree I received. Be aware you're not really able to work with the leaves to bend and arrange to give it a more natural look. It arrived quickly and well packaged. It's ok. Looks more real than most I've seen at a higher price point. But it's not that big. Best for a smaller space.

I'm bought several other Nearly Natural plants before and have liked every one of them. This one is my least favorite. I was going to try and make it work, but decided to return it instead, even though shipping will probably outweigh my refund. I just don't feel I'll ever be truly happy with this plant. It wasn't going to work where I had originally planned to put it, and my other choice wasn't perfect.If you are considering this plant, there is nothing wrong with it technically. It looks exactly like a Fiddle Leaf. The problem is the very skinny trunk. However, if it were put in a larger basket, I think that would balance out the skinniness. One reviewer had recommended an urn shaped planter, which might work, but I think you want to try and avoid more skinniness.The leaves don't seem very flexible to me and I was afraid to try and bend them and "fluff" them out in case I decided to return it. As a Fiddle Leaf Plant, their leaves are not droopy anyway, they grow straight up, so I wasn't quite sure how I could make it look more natural. Giving the leaves more space inbetween the layers didn't seem possible as the plant leaves are densely placed. I wasn't able to easily spread them out. If I was going to keep it, I had an idea I'd just try to be bold and bend the leaves more aggressively and hope they didn''t snap off. I had anticipated needing to buy a basket for this plant, and the good news is that it arrived so quickly I haven't had time to shop for one. After seeing the plant in person, with the super skinny trunk, I'm glad I didn't purchase the basket and moss. This plant decor would end up being around $100 with the additional basket and it just didn't seem a very wise investment to me. Looking at it everyday would not make me happy.I also recommend that an out of the way dark corner spot would be an ideal location. Then it might look very nice. As I mentioned, the plant itself is not bad looking, just kind of disproportional. It is UV resistant, so it might look really nice in a sunroom or balcony. As I write this review, I may reconsider and keep it for that purpose! It would be a shame to simple return it and pay the expensive return shipping cost.Amazon does make returns easy though, providing a printable return label to take to the UPS Store. And the box was easy to open and would be easy to repack.I'm giving 3 stars because this plant is nice and might work well for some people.My photo is to show the plant in a regular planter. It is not the planter I was going to use. A larger one would be much better, as you can see.*****I wanted to add an update. I decided not to return this plant. I tried the suggestion a reviewer made to use a hairdryer on the leaves to help them become less tight. That did work and the heat made the big leaves more flexible. However, Fiddle-leaf leaves are naturally very close together in an upright growth pattern, so that needs to be remembered to keep it natural looking. I moved it to a corner of my living room and placed it on a small stand to give it some height. That helped. However, it still is that very skinny trunk that just doesn't please me. My next step is to find an attractive, larger basket to put it in, hoping to hide some of the trunk and perhaps that will give it the visual appeal I desire.Bottom-line is I'm still not super happy with this purchase. I have a feeling it may very well end up on my balcony and I end up ordering another type plant from Nearly Natural for my corner. It's great that this plant is UV-resistant, so I have this option.

Overall, I am very happy with this product. It doesn’t look cheap and looks somewhat real. Like other reviewers have said, the leaves don’t separate that much, but I think it looks fine as is. I base is sturdy and I put it in a cute, small basket I also purchased through Amazon.

Not sure why the price fluctuates so widely on this item. Honestly, the price point should be $40-50 at most for what it is. At the time I bought this item, the price was around $100 but there was a $26 off ‘coupon’. I felt better about paying $75 instead of $100 so I got it. But I feel it’s not worth $75 either.Now I see it’s going for $170!!! DO NOT PAY over $100 for this.With that said, it’s a cute little plant. Lots of other reviews mention the leaves can’t be bent but they can. You can manipulate the leaves at the point where the leaves connect to the trunk. I was able to spread all the leaves and push them downwards so they aren’t all pointing upwards. This makes the plant look fuller and more natural. The basket I ordered hasn’t arrived yet and I want to put some moss around the bottom of the pot and once I do, I will upload a photo to show the finished product. All in all I think this will work fine for my needs but really hope the price gets adjusted appropriately.

I love how realistic this plant looks. I wanted live looking plants to complete the mid-century modern look I’m going for, without the hassle of having to care for them. This meets the description. I just had to get a basket to put it in to help hide the bucket to make it look authentic.

This is one of the more realistic artificial trees that you can buy. The real deal has shiny leaves and a simple trunk, so it's much easier to replicate. This manufacturer goes above and beyond with the detailing by adding dirt and detail onto the trunk. I wish they added something to the base, but it won't be too hard to figure it out myself.This type of artificial tree sells for $50 at Ikea and the quality of this one is superior. The only downside is that I question the durability. Some of the fake dirt fell off when I touched it, and the leaves seem quite fragile. Only time will tell. If it withstands a bit of time, I'll update this review to five stars.

This little tree is very well made. I have already received compliments on how real and great it looks. The green color is nice and the trunk looks very realistic. I looked at the dimensions before I purchased but I guess I didn't wrap my head around how small it was. I did purchase a big planter and filled it with actual soil and made it taller and it looks even better. It says you can adjust the leaves but they are not adjustable. They stick up and although they did fall a little since it's been out of the box, the leaves don't look as low as the picture.

It's not bad. 3 stars bc one of the leaves was broken off when it arrived. It's not worth returning so I managed to affix it back on. It is small, but looks pretty real. The leaves are hard to shape but putting a hairdryer to it helped. I'm hoping they settle a little more as I just got it today

I love my fiddle leaf tree! Knowing I can't kill it makes me the most excited :)If I was to change anything, I would spend the extra dollars and go with the next size up. This one is 4 ft.I paired it with a woven basket from Amazon to hide the plastic planter.

Súper bonito! no es muy alto pero si más alto que un abanico de piso, se ve real, no es el típico árbol artificial que luce falso, se ve muy bien y tiene buen precio!
