Unexpectedly phenomenal results! The size and quality was also a surprise. Definitely not cheaply made. Comfortable to hold. Easy to empty collecting reservoir. Easy to remove the housing to clean the dust from the blade area. I honestly can say this is a wonderful product with great results!!

This little fabric shaver works like a charm! It seriously takes off every little “ball” from the fabric. I am thrilled it uses 2 AA batteries instead of usb plug in. And the batteries do not come with it so be aware of that. For the price it is amazing. I have paid 3 times this for other ones that didn’t work as well. Oh and it has three depths for different fabrics. Lastly, the little compartment that catches the balls is rather small so you may have to empty it a little more often.

My fabric shaver quit as soon as it got cold out and I needed my sweaters. I replaced it with this one and it works perfectly on "pilled" fabrics. It literally made last year's sweaters look brand new. Works especially well on cashmere. My only issue was that the housing on the shaver can't be removed to clean out or if it can, I haven't figured it out. Overall, an excellent little machine.

Works well on wool products. I use this to remove any pilling. I like how it protects the garmet from overzealous shaving. It's easy to discard the excess shavings collected. Everyone needs this shaver to keep your clothes in shape.

It works like an absolute dream at de pilling everything (sweaters, pillows socks) and it brings fabrics back to life so they look brand new again. It’s not too loud, super reliable, and incredibly easy to use. One thing I especially love is how simple it is to remove the lint when the container gets full. It pops off easily, empties in seconds, and you’re right back to shaving without any mess. You can definitely find fancier fabric shavers out there, but I’ve had so much success with this exact model that I keep coming back to it. Affordable, effective, and dependable, highly recommend!

This product is only somewhat effective at removing lint and pilling. I tried it on multiple types of fabric with mostly mixed results. It seems to work best with tight-knit fabrics that are pulled taut. If there is any slack, or if the material has a chunky knit (like a sweater), it doesn’t work. I’m mostly disappointed on its effectiveness, but giving it three stars for the size and maneuverability of the product, and the ease of emptying the lint compartment.

After researching the hell out of these things, I ended up with this one. I was willing to spend much more and buy a “high-end” product, but it turns out there is no such thing as far as I can tell based on customer reviews of other products that cost a lot more. This works really well, is so highly rated in general, and was so inexpensive that I figure if I can get a year out of it, I won’t feel ill-used. It’s not like I’m using it eight hours a day for a business. I like that it runs on AA batteries… I drop a couple rechargeables into it and it goes and goes. If I were to complain about anything, it’s that when you are shaving something really “hairy” like a thick sweater, it works better if you hang the sweater vertically on a hanger. When you shave on a horizontal surface like a table, the bin can fill up with fibers quickly and get in the way of efficient cutting of the blade. Shaving while the sweater is vertical lets the fibers drop into the bin by gravity instead of accumulating. But overall, it works quite well to remove pilling on all kinds of fabrics.
