For your daily proteins shake, you MUST have a product that’s pure and doesn’t have additives. Too many products have suclarose which is really not good for you. We all know whey protein is linked to cancer and the plant based protein have GMO and pesticide contamination, which long term will give you cancer. All we have left is the egg based protein which is perfect and so complete. I was very concerned about the taste, I can tell you that it doesn’t have any taste. Maybe at the end. The texture can be a little disgusting. The best way to take it is with water, mix it with a frother and drink it all at once. I personally still prefer to hold my breath lol. It’s not something you will sip on and enjoy because yes there is no additives, no fake sugar etc . It’s just to get your amount of clean protein and nothing else. No upset stomach or anything. We all know good things don’t usually taste good (who gets excited to eat brocolis). As long as you are not a crying baby, you will be fine with it. Truly you can barely taste it. The naked whey or the naked casein is way worse. Naked casein I would choke on it out of disgust.

Yes the huge container it comes in is the only issue. But big deal. I got the plain no flavor one. I have tried many protein mixes. Im very sensitive to everyone. Whey , the vegan one , soy, nondairy one. All of them. But this egg protein powder mix is the best. And I have also tried a number of other egg protein powders. This by far is my favorite. I mix it with blueberries and just water. Not no issues like all the other brands. I’ll be buying this again. It’s worth the price. You can’t put a price on your health . Mine came from Whole Foods through amazon. It was package great and there is no weird smell. I mean it’s egg. So yeah it has a smell of egg. Geez. Buy the favor ones if you want sugar. Which is not healthy. But anyways no idea why anyone would write a bad review on this amazing product. Love it !!!!!

An excellent source of protein, fresh but expensive.

I wish I could review the product but i cannot even open it. The lid is so wide it’s tough to get a good grip, the plastic is smooth and the edges are very sharp. Using a rubber mat to grip did not even help. I have never had this problem with a protein powder container before.

Easy mixing and great tasting

I have been using this for a few months now as I have had some issues with some dairy products. I've noticed an increase in my muscle growth coupled with a generally higher protein diet. The taste is atrocious on its own though. Like drinking raw egg or something, and I tried it in Lactaid milk, various other drinks, juices etc. The only thing that's worked to cover it is chocolate milk (lactaid again). I don't really want to use it for baking or cooking as I'm unsure how heat affects the proteins stability. I wish it came in chocolate flavor on its own. I've been using chocolate pea protein mixed in which helps, but lots of gas and discomfort from that, so back to the drawing board. Chocolate milk is fatty and higher in sugar after all.

Very healthy. But taste so bad.

My daughter is a college runner. She was getting injured frequently and realized her protein intake was not nearly high enough for her body's needs. In comes the egg white powder. She puts it in her smoothie everyday now and it's an easy way to get a lot of protein at once. We are on her second container now and she's feeling great!
