My apologies to the seller for the 1-star review. Normally a product like this lasts me one year or more. After only using this product twice, the pump was stuck in the down position. No longer pumps. Tried everything to open the top but only the pump parts come off. It's an unusual pump and poorly designed. The only way to use the rest of the product is to pry the top off with a wrench, break the bottle then put it in a used pump bottle. For $24.95 the manufacturer needs to package in a better pump bottle.

My hair has been through hell, I lost 50 percent of it due to a medication and then the horrible dryness of it, Like straw. I tried all sorts of products, every type of mask, a hair steamer (which works but my hair is that bad!) I have tried every kind of oils and serums. Until now the only product that I tried that helped a little was Kerastase Resistance Ciment Thermique Reconstructing Milk.I have tried so many products to help my hair get past the damage the medication caused.Today I tried H2 Thermal. I read only a few reviews and I didn't expect too much because of all my other disappointments.I followed the directions and it was hard for me because I wanted to add other products, I fear the hair dryer now so I was tempted to add other oils and products to help protect my very damaged hair. But I wanted to see if any of the claims this product makes is true and how can I say what works if I add all the others. (You should see my dresser it is line with products that did not work for my hair). When I started to blow dry, I noticed my hair look nice and smooth, but I have been fooled before. My hair can look ok as I just finish and then few hours later, the frizz and the driness happens and it looks like a puffed mess.As I was blow drying my hair I did utter the word "Wow!" My hair did look better than it ever had. I could run my finger through it, I had no split ends or fly away, even my wiry temple hair was smooth.I wanted to login amazon and leave feed back right away, but I had things to do and I wanted to give it a day, by the end of the day my hair would always be horrible. It is not at the end of the day, my hair looks great, but I can feel some dry hair. I can't see it when I look in the mirror but I can feel it some what.I am very happy with these results and I feel well worth the money I ordered a second bottle to have on hand, if this even gets better as I use it it will be my answer for my hair problem. I would love to update this review as I use this product. I am not used to buying a product that works so well for me, it does replace many of my hair products. like Oils(aragon), heat protestants(redkin) and leave in conditioners(its a ten). That is a big savings for me.

This is now one of my favorite leave-in conditioners. It makes my hair feel really soft and shiny and I don't have to wear it up as much to hide how bad it looks. Also, I live Florida and I am constantly shocked by the fact that I can take a shower, put this stuff in, blowdry my hair, walk outside, and NOT feel my head turn into a big ball of frizz. It's one of the best frizz fighters I've ever tried!

Good product but the pump broke after 2 uses.

I live in humidity and find it hard to get my hair under control. I used a dime size amount in my mid back length hair and I was very pleased. Made my hair soft and it took less time to dry. I was able to style with just my roll brush and dryer usually need a curling iron or flat iron. Not greasy and no film shiny hair.

Love this hair product line. Quite pricy so I save it for special occasions.

I normally don’t use products in my hair but know I need to. I am pleased with my purchase so far. Have only used it 4 times but it does help when using heating products.

H2 Thermal really helps to repair and enhance the look of my hair. Recommended!
