really mad mom- since I'm not a gamer -it does not say anywhere that it is not set up for wifi, I spent all Christmas day trying to troubleshoot drivers, and actually then did get the router and plug in for ethernet and even after that it did not "ethernet cannot find IP" to that effect... I puchased TWO for my kids, and they are not upset, cause they are excited for the day they will work, now that I am seeing about the external adapter to buy... still... why the Realtek even with updating the driver had no ability to find the IP spent a bunch of time trying to manually add the address off of our other computers... still same error message... so all day, not online, and other review items:Keyboard Enter key is real small - and it is very "clacky"... set mouse to fast as it could go, and still slow,, and neither are wireless, so they take up the 2 usb ports that are on the front, so that's lame.

Happy with the computer overall lots of space makes it easy to work with and good cable management. Bit of an upgrade on the computer I had previously though the PSU was a bit weak on plugs for being a 500w unit but I had the one from my previous comp so swapped that and the GPU, same quality roughly but the one that came with it didn't have the ports I wanted. The only back thing about the packing was the internals of the computer didn't have packing in it. However, it probably was shipped from a place that normally sales these computers in person I would imagine.

The computer was received on time and the packaging was good. The startup guide was easy to understand and the connections were found easily. The computer started up and was ready to go, the programs and windows 10 were ready and no downloading was required. The fans are located to provide good flow thru, so overheating with long gaming hours should not be a problem.The computer comes with windows 10 which being microsoft comes with its own new programs ready to use. If you want to use programs other then microsoft, it could present problems setting up pending your computer knowledge.

This computer is a great gaming computer with much potential. The processor is very fast and the fact that it comes with a cool keyboard and mouse for $500 is a pretty good deal. I have put a bigger graphics card and a bigger power supply and this computer has handled the changes with ease. The installation of both was very easy because there is ample room inside the large case. Plus the red led lights look amazing in the dark as well.

I just got this today, as a Rocket League PS4 player I'd hope this would be something that could run RL and/or other steam games, But it simply can't, unless you're playing older games or puzzle games, don't buy this one. I've already packed it up and they are picking it up tomorrow, I already ordered a better build from the same place ( CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Xtreme VR GXiVR8020A Gaming Desktop - Intel i5-6402P Quad Core 2.8GHz, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB HDD, 24X DVD, AMD RX 480 4GB, WI-Fi USB Adapter, Windows 10 Home ). I hope this new one performs well enough to run what is pretty much the only game I play. I will update my review after I find out how smoothly the return/refund process is.UPDATE: Return and refunded without any issue/hassle whatsoever.

Good for the price. Runs most games I want to play with no issue and has been ideal for getting school work done on.

Very good computer for starting off gaming of course you'll have to add to it as you go through new games you want to play and updating the system but for the price is totally worth a starter computer for the new gamer

Really great starter PC, can play games at a high quality and good FPS. I would recommend this PC for anyone who is looking to start off their PC life. I can honestly say i dont feel ripped off.
