This omega supplement arrives safety sealed with plenty of time to expiration. The capsules are easy to swallow with very little flavor. I like that this omega supplement is a vegan alternative to fish oil for our precious omega oils.

I've been taking these for a couple of weeks and I feel more focused, having less pain in the joints in the mornings and I have more energy. I have trouble taking omega 3's because of the fish taste, these don't have that. I feel like these are really helping.

The listing implies that there are 1000 mg of omega-3, but when I received this, I’m not certain of that. I also don’t know the EPA and DHA content, or any other type of omega-3, as that is not provided. The listing states that it is high bioavailability, but I don’t know how they could possibly know that. That would require specialized biopharmacokinetic research, which if was done, would probably be provided in the product information. The list price also seems high for what it is.All that said, I think this is probably a healthy product for some people to take, notwithstanding there is a warning that states this is not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers or children under 18, so it makes me wonder if there is a safety issue. So I suppose this product is just for men, and not for women with no chance of getting pregnant and not for women who are nursing.I eat a lot of ocean-sourced fish for omega-3 content and I take omega-3 supplements daily for cardiovascular health. I like that this is sourced from phytoplankton and kelp. The ingredients just state 1000 mg of proprietary blend, so I don’t know how much plankton and how much kelp I am getting. The product list price is a little on the high side for so little clear information.I haven’t had any problems taking this, I generally take two caps once a day on an empty stomach with my other supplements. I have had any problem swallowing these, no aftertaste, and no gastrointestinal side effects.

Why is a plant based Omega 3 product not for children under 18? Most medicines are for children over 12 and this is a supplement which should be relatively safe. The other restrictions for pregnancy and nursing seems to also be related to children but that is also strange in a simple supplement. If this is only for men or elder women maybe that should be mentioned more visibly on the name.
