Ok, but don't last too long if you grind your teeth
Easy to shape. Hot water and put in. Softer than most so comfortable but being so soft they don't last too long if you clench or grind teeth at night. One is lasting around 2 months and the pack contains 2 different sizes so I can only use 2 out of the pack. Also helps with snoring better than anything else tried. Doesn't stop or but volume is decreased by alot :)

Hard to use, uncomfortable, don’t work
Instructions not the easiest to follow but even when studied and followed carefully did not mould correctly and therefore fit was inaccurate. They become annoying when you try to sleep as you are aware of something in your mouth and instinct is to remove them. Not for me.

It does the job but one of the large guards was warped which made it smaller. Also, the two smaller guards are really small.

Not what I expected, didn't fit too well even following the instructions to the letter, then modifying the times, still not too good, but they'll do for now. Don't know about the whitening didn't purchase them for that.

No size small enough for my 12 year old don
My 12 year old son is 5ft 2 and has a relatively normal jaw/ tooth size etc but not one of these shields fit him

Guard was easy to apply. I used it to prevent teeth grinding only been using for a couple of days now but all seems satisfactory.
