Independently Published Lab Values: Everything You Need to Know about Laboratory Medicine and its Importance in the Diagnosis of Diseases

The main reason I purchased this book is because of its reviews on amazon but it is completely not true. this is probably the worse medical book I have ever read in my life. it contains only few lab tests in the book and it doesn't include any explanation or how to interpret the results . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Informative, easy to read and follow the subject highlighted in book. Self tests helpful to locking down the subject matter in memory.

This book covers a very limited number of lab tests. The number of pages is misleading as there is plenty of white space and fonts are large.

Very well written lab book

This is a really lousy book as a reference. No index. Very basic and very limited. Questions at end of each chapter. So I guess it would be good for a student taking a lab test. But because it is SO basic, very limited, no reference or index in back to find things, it is NOT for the nurse, mid level provider, or physician. As an ARNP I expected to use it in my Practitioner, but total not helpful.
