My daughter is a sketcher and she loves using a small lead for school and writing. These steel mechanical pencils are her absolute favorites. Having ”lost” a couple at school, I bought her another set. They are beautiful and the various lead sizes can be easily repurchased. The work great and are sturdy.

These mechanical pencils they feel great to write and draw and sketch with they don’t smudge. There’s a perfect amount of lead advances each time you click the top. Lots of lead included AND the large 2.0 pencils do sharpen very nicely.Those were the pros!! There’s probably a lot more. On the con side my biggest complaint is probably that the container needs to be a little bigger. It’s like putting a puzzle back together in order to get it closed, the latches are easy to close but really hard to open. You could easily spill the contents everywhere and it feels like maybe you’re going to when you’re trying to open it after you take out the erasers if you keep them somewhere else then there’s pretty much lots of room, but if you keep everything together to make it easy to be more portable , it’s not as easy to close it up when you’re all done.There are lots of leads for each size mechanical pencil, but only the large 2.0 pencils have several hardness leads. The smaller mechanical pencils, the 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, and 0.9, oonly come with HB leads but they come with a lot. There’s two containers of 16 lids. No, there’s two containers of 24 leads in each one so it’s a tremendous amount of lead but they’re all HB for drawing and sketching, The ideal is to have a very light sketch or drawing. HB is too dark. It’s too soft. If you’re going to paint over it you really want the lead harder so that it’s not as dark. These are GREAT LEADS cuz they don't smudgeYou can’t possibly beat the value!I haven’t been able to find the refill leads yet. For me I LOVE THE NO SMUDGE LEAD.I recommend this set and I’d buy it again as a gift or even for myself so I had a set in the car, in my nightstand and next to my favorite chair for drawing 😊🎉👍

I like them a lot. To me though I’m not really picky, so maybe they wouldn’t be considered very quality to people doing more intricate things.I love them though, I think you get a lot for the price and they work really nicely. I haven’t experienced them breaking easily, if you don’t push out too much out at a time or press overly hard it shouldn’t be an issue.

These are great for the price! There are many options in this one set, but I do feel that the pencils are a little short lengthwise. They are super light weight, but only because they are made out of plastic, not steel. I fear for how well these will hold up over time, but for right now, they work fine.

Pretty neat love em insane for drawing even got a tiny sharpener for thicker one definitely worth every penny

The erasers aren’t the best. Other than that they’re ok.

The design standard was set years ago and has endured the test of time! This is a great set with that classic design and the quality of the construction and materials used are great and feels good in the hand. The six (6) piece set with extra leads for the price can't be beat. You get the .3/.5/.7 and .9 pens and 2x2mm lead holders. The 2mm use the same plastic construction and are more chic and modern than the classic 2mm holder and work well when extending the leads. I expected a cheap feel for the price but am pleasantly surprised. After I got used to the clear design, I find nothing to complain about this set. Shipping was fast and the price is excellent!
