this thing is wonderful!! i work on my feet about 11 hours a day, and never in a million years would i think a ribbed stick would make my feet feel so great after a long day! i cant say much about it, its just a thick dowel with ringed ridges and a couple rubber rings to make it roll better. but it rocks my world and thats all that matters!

Enjoying keeping my feet busy while I sit at a pc for a long time. Am hopeful that this activity will prevent feet from swelling.

Does the job, made well.
It's a rather simple concept - use your body weight to press on the roller with your foot.I had been looking for something that could help massage the foot, but it's more complicated than it seems. The flat mats with bumpy things look ideal on Amazon but they are 1) expensive and 2) it's unclear if they are made of cheap materials. This is all wood so I know it will last.

I bought this thinking I would use it more-it's made well, but I seem to not use it until I find it in a drawer while looking for something else.

It's okay, that's about it
Don't hate it, don't love it, it's okay..Worth a try on my sore aching feet from working all day. Gives a little relief but I like the ball better that was ordered with this.
