This tea was different than any other loose leaf tea I've purchased. It was flaky looking and reminded me of fish food. I wasn't sure what to expect once I brewed it, but I love tea, so I completely expected to love this one too.I boiled some water and put it in my infuser. I let it steep about 10 minutes after pouring the water in my cup. The color seemed light, so I was hoping I didn't put in to little tea. I put in some honey and a little half and half. I took a sip and the flavor reminded me of a green and black tea combination. It was light, but had a bit of the black tea bite to it. It was good!Overall this was a nice, tasty tea. It is a small package compared to other loose leaf tea I've purchased. If you enjoy a cup of loose leaf tea, I think you'll enjoy this one too.I received this Medium Roast Black Yaupon tea at a discount so I could try it out and review it.
