Wow , this stuff works , for very persistent cracked heels , I have tried tons of stuff over the years , I even did the baby feet stuff and NOTHING , no peeling just a little dry , I followed every direction precisely, I even did it a second time thinking my batch was defective , nope just my stubborn , callus feet .and only manual scrubbing seemed to make any difference, but very time consuming as required it do this several times a week just to make a small difference . With this I applied nightly for about 2 weeks , at first I used regular fluffy socks then ordered the silicone heel socks , they seemed to hold it tighter against my heels during the night . By they 3rd day the dead callus skin was soft and easy to scrub off with a purple Mr Pumice bar , just a quick scrub in the shower and a ton came off. It took a full 2 weeks before they were baby smooth . I am truly amazed , now I just scrub them twice a week in the shower and they stay looking great and I use the Urea once a week with the socks . My heels have not looked this nice since I was a teenager . I have found a product I will use for the rest of my life . I seriously love this stuff .

My feet are in pain all the time. I have hard calluses and they hurt, even after they are removed. After the very first application of this lotion after my shower (before bed), I woke up with much less pain. I'm excited to see how it goes in the next couple of weeks!***UPDATE*** I still really love this lotion, and I highly recommend it!

I wish I had back the hundreds I've spent through the years on dry foot creams. My heels have been hard, cracked and rough for years. This works. It takes a month of nightly use to see the most benefits and then you need to do it a couple times/week to maintain or you'll be back where you started (because your feet will try to rebuild the calluses to protect from the damage that got you there in the first place! like flip flops, barefoot, heat, dryness, etc.) This is literally the only thing that has been a 100% cure.

The active ingredients only says Urea. No percent concentration (e. g. Urea 40%). Also there is no mention of salicylic acid in the ingredients list despite the graphic stating “Enhanced With Salicylic Acid”.The label was applied crooked and the lid was cross threaded under the shrink wrapping. This allowed the gel to leak out some.The smell doesn’t bother me but it reminds me of Pine Sol. The product is a translucent, watery consistency like hair gel or fresh egg whites. When I stirred it with a q-tip, there was some stringy, slimy clumps in the mix.The product did irritate sensitive skin around my toes, (presumably due to the salicylic acid), so I discontinued use.

My dermatologist gave me a sample of a prescription lotion with 40% urea that didn't seem to help much. She believed there are no OTC products with as much as 40% urea in it. I noticed that Amazon had a product called Urea 40 Plus, which also has salicylic acid in it. It is a thin cream whereas I prefer thicker cream but it works like a charm for the hyperkeratosis on my elbows. They don't hurt like they used to & are beginning to look normal again. I've started using a bit on my heels now that it's almost summer. The price is much cheaper than the prescription version too.

I have horribly deep cracks in my feet. Being diabetic this is dangerous. Deep bleeding cracks can lead to complications as bad as having my foot amputated. I have tired many products. Utter balm, Gold bond diabetic foot cream, electric and manual foot files, straight lanolin, lotion, spa foot socks, lotion nightly... nothing worked as fast, effective and great as this cream!!! My crack are almost gone in two weeks! I do use a hand held foot pumice/file in the shower daily in addition to the cream. My podiatrist recommended this cream and a manual foot file. The best solution ever!! Worth every penny!

I bought this because my favorite brand of urea cream (Urix 40) is no longer available. I was NOT expecting a gel, and I was skeptical at first that this would work. But I have to say that of all the urea products that I've tried (about a half dozen), this one is my favorite. Just one application and the backs of my arms (where I have some keratosis pilaris) are significantly smoother. I also like that the urea smell isn't too strong. It's still there, but it's faint and fades quickly. The gels soaks in very quickly with no greasy or sticky feel.

This stuff is amazing for psoriasis. I have psoriasis pretty bad on my hands and my fingers split open. The Urea 40+ helped heal them in less than 4 days and my hands feel great now. This stuff does not stay greasy and drys , No strange smells other than a small hint of tea tree oil. It feels amazing and takes very little to work in. I will buy this again if it keeps working. It works better than the expensive steroid cream I am prescribed from the doctor.
