ISMODII Plus Kit, (Smart Heat not Burn Device) - Compatible with Heets (Black)

It is a wonderful device. I tried quite a few vapes to find alternative for my smoking habits but nothing worked out until now. Great value for the price. The only let down is that, one of the stick displays charging issues 90%of the times when I put it back onto the power bank. It just flashing red and won't get charged up. Otherwise I think this is the best investment you can get if you are looking to reduce the cost on your smoking habits.

1 part stopped working the next day! The other one stopped working after 4 weeks! I don't recommend it and I will never buy it again! Today I've tried returning it and what di you know The return window closed!! Bad bad bad!

The idea of two available rods is brilliant, but the brilliance stops here. With a moderate and alternate use of the two rods, they went defective after 3-4 months (couple of weeks difference between the two rods). First time they send me replacements (thank you for that), then, after another 3-4 months they stopped functioning again, simultaneously this time. Looking to other reviews, I'm not the only one experiencing this.Still, there are two other products which for now seem to be more reliable. It's about ISMOD nano kit (which was used for almost one year without any incident) and ISMOD mini, which is very promising, due to it's unique features: you can select the heating temperature (3 different temperatures) and the self-cleaning feature

I’ve had this product less than a week.Within the first day the sticks overheated to the point I could not hold them.Today they won’t charge. I just get a series of flashing lights.At £50, I’d expect better. Don’t waste your money and stay with Iqos originals.

Better system than Iqos. One of the rods will only work for one charge even after reset but I can live with that

Ein Stift ist bereits defekt. Der Stift lässt sich nicht mehr einschalten. Garantie Registrierung ist nicht möglich. Wie kommt man zu Garantieleistungen?

Nach einem Jahr Gebrauch fiel mein altes ISMOD zu Boden und zerbrach teilweise. Deshalb musste -ohne Zögern- ein neues her. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt arbeitete das ISMOD sehr zuverlässig und funktionierte jederzeit einwandfrei. Volle Kaufempfehlung!
