Easy to use and great quality.
It’s a great training product. I am a high school football player and it has helped me gain speed and strength as well as explosiveness in my legs. It also pushes you to have good form while running. A daily stretch with these on is a great option to stay loose and stop soreness throughout the day.

Great product
This help with the athelete to strengthen their hip flexors and to get them to maintain their knee lifts over a period once used correctly but I give it thumbs up

great product. plastic piece on resistance straps are not durable and seem to easily snap.
This was a great buy. I've used this product before and I was glad that there were improvements in design. The Velcro was much improved, However upon using the green bands for the first time doing ladder drills the front plastic piece snapped. That was very disappointing since I had just got them. So hopefully I can see if I can get a replacement because to be honest a new product should not break so quickly after proper use and proper installation. But aside from that. great product.

I enjoy this product, my only issue with it is that my thighs are big, so while I CAN make them fit there is a slight hassle when trying to put them on. When I lose enough weight that my thighs can fit more comfortably I will use them more often. For now I let my friend use them while she works out and she loves them.
