Works well, product is well made.

I got this with the Big John toilet seat and what a combination! It's well made, fairly robust construction, and after 6 months, has been working without a hitch. I like the flexible sprayer better than the fixed models because you have better control in aiming at your "target." Aiming will take practice to avoid spraying under the side of the seat. We have an artesian well so the cold water can be unpleasant. The peace of mind of being squeaky clean makes up for it though. Unless you plan to stay on the seat of ease and drip dry, however, you will still need TP to dry off. Sorry for the graphic details but it's the nature of this product.

Connects at the wall valve with "real plumbing" type connections. No plastic where it counts. Feels solid. No leaks. Works great. Looks good. (I needed a 7/16 to 3/8 compression adapter - got it at Home Depot for a couple of bucks, but I understand the 7/16 fitting on my wall is unusual so most would not need an adapter.) I'm getting another one for the other bathroom.

Sprayer works great but leaks terribly even when valve is turned off. I bought and installed it a little over a week ago. Water pressure modulation is terrific but the sprayer head leaks like a hose with holes and I have to store it in a bucket so the floor stays dry.

I purchased this at a big box home improvement store over 2 years ago, and installed it myself. I turn on the valve when I use it, and turn it off when it's not in use. I've never had any leaking from it, and it works very well. I like it so much that I'm getting ready to purchase another one for a bathroom I am adding in my second home.Update 4/27/2015: The new one I got and just had installed is different from the first (and from this picture). It's a totally different unit, and much less attractive. It also has a different spray pattern, and the valve positioning is different. I'm not sure why they felt the need to mess with such a nice design, but they did. Anyway, all of this could be dealt with (unenthusiastically), but unfortunately it also leaks. Even with the valve off, water continues to bead up and seep out, so the valve isn't working and neither is the handle. Very disappointing. Also unfortunately for me, it wasn't installed in my new bathroom until the day after my 30 day return period had expired, and I didn't realize it was leaking until the day after that. I've sent an email to customer service. When I hear back I'll update my review.Update 5/29/2015: The email I sent to customer server through their web form never got to them, so I called and was able to talk to someone right away. He asked me to send an email explaining the problem directly to him and copy his supervisor, and I did. I didn't hear back via email, but within two weeks a replacement was delivered. I have not installed the replacement because I unfortunately don't trust it not to leak also, and so I'm rethinking having this in a house I won't be at all the time to monitor. So while the device is no longer great, customer service was pretty good (though you should call rather than submitting an issue through their web form).

This item has worked well for me. I don't know why everyone doesn't have a bidet: they help you stay cleaner without a shower, they save on t.p., and by avoiding t.p. you save trees. When I first installed this I had some trouble getting part of it screwed together, and managed to strip the plastic threads. A trip to the hardware store for a replacement part ensued. So assemble carefully and don't force things. Since the new part it has worked great.

This has been a godsend. My elderly mother was NOT a fan at first but it has made things so much easier she has, grudgingly had to admit it is a lifesaver.
