Buyer beware! This device is poorly engineered and designed. The manufacturer makes one huge incorrect assumption: that women's anatomy will conform to the shape of this device. In most cases, it will not! The device is very stiff and inflexible. A poor fit makes it very uncomfortable for both partners. The design intends to "clamp" around the pubic bone internally from within the vagina and externally over the clitoris and mons - hopefully stimulating the G-spot and clitoris simultaneously. Women's pelvic anatomy is as different as facial features and feet and shoe sizes. Unless you're sure your anatomy will allow for a comfortable fit, or you've tried one before, I wouldn't risk the $200 MSRP or any other discounted prices. The "one-size-fits-all" approach to design and marketing is a major flaw. Can you imagine a "one-size-fits-all" dress shoe? There needs to a major design overhaul of this device. Especially for such a sensitive area of the body! My wife and I tried every imaginable way to get it to work for us. Yes, the manufacturer claims that intercourse is possible, in fact, it's the recommended method for using this device. The We-Vibe 4 was uncomfortable and sometimes painful no matter how we used it. Although the multiple vibrating modes were a nice touch, the poor design and fit overwhelmed and made the whole experience a disaster. My suggestions: Start with the premise that the device should conform to the woman, not the other way around. Next, get a physician involved - preferably an Ob-Gyn - to help with the design considerations. Third, find a way to size and fit the device to personalize it for for every woman; perhaps make different shapes and sizes for the internal and external arms. And fourth, make the elbow much more flexible to conform to the different angles of a woman's pelvic anatomy. Until the designer/manufacturer considers all the variations in women's anatomy and incorporates these design elements into it, it's a total waste of money! Amazon won't refund you and neither will most of the retailers on Amazon.

My husband surprised me this weekend with this little gem. He told me that his friend was talking about it at work so he decided to get one for us. At first I was thinking, no way, but when we tried it last night! Holy Geezus! I recommend this toy to anyone who is on the fence about getting one. This is by far the most amazing toy we have ever owned.
